Deposits are made by bank transfer to the official company account displayed in the platform. You must use the unique deposit reference assigned to your account, transfer the amount you submitted, and provide the payment reference together with proof of payment.

A submitted deposit is recorded as Pending Verification and does not affect your available balance until an authorised administrator has verified the received payment and approved it. Deposits that cannot be matched or verified may be rejected with a recorded reason.

Withdrawal requests are not paid automatically. Every request enters an administrator approval queue and is subject to verification and approval in accordance with these terms.

You may not request more than your available balance. When you submit a request the amount is held aside from your available balance so that the same funds cannot be requested twice. If a request is rejected, the amount is returned to your available balance and a reason is recorded.

Elvara Growth does not guarantee, promise or imply any profit, return, yield or performance outcome. Any figure shown in the platform is a record of your account activity, not a projection or promise.

We may require identity, address, source-of-funds or bank-ownership verification before processing a deposit or withdrawal, and may decline or delay a transaction where verification cannot be completed or where we are required to do so by applicable law.

You may not use the platform for unlawful purposes, submit false payment evidence, attempt to access another person's account or attempt to alter balances, statuses or administrative records.

We may suspend or close an account where these terms are breached, where fraud is suspected, or where required by law. Where an account is closed, verified funds are returned in accordance with [INSERT ACCOUNT CLOSURE PROCEDURE].
