A reviewed process, start to finish

Register with your full name, email address, phone number and a password. Your profile is created with a unique deposit reference that identifies every payment you make to Elvara Growth.

• Your password is handled by our secure authentication service and never stored by the application.
• You can update your name, phone number, bank details and password at any time from your profile.

Enter the amount you intend to deposit, then transfer exactly that amount to the official Elvara Growth Nedbank account shown on the Deposit page, using your unique reference.

• Submit the deposit with the payment reference from your bank and upload your proof of payment.
• Your deposit is recorded as Pending Verification. It does not affect your balance until an administrator approves it.
• Banking details are held in a protected admin configuration area, not hard-coded in the app.

Your dashboard shows your available balance, total deposits, total withdrawals, pending withdrawals and account status, alongside your complete transaction history.

• Every deposit, withdrawal and adjustment has a transaction reference, date, type, amount, status and description.
• In-app notifications tell you the moment something is submitted, approved, rejected or completed.

Add your own bank details, enter an amount up to your available balance and submit a withdrawal request. The amount is held aside immediately so it cannot be requested twice.

• Submitting a request never releases funds automatically.
• Every request enters an administrator approval queue and moves through Pending, Processing, Approved, Rejected or Completed.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to verification and approval in accordance with the platform's Terms & Conditions. A rejected request returns the amount to your available balance with a recorded reason.
